Lower Mainland Ringette League

Lower Mainland Ringette League

The Lower Mainland Ringette League (LMRL) is composed of eleven member associations from communities throughout the lower mainland region in southwest British Columbia, Canada. Teams from each association compete against one another from October through March in a number of age and skill divisions. Top teams from each division go on to play in the Provincial Championships and, if successful, at the Western Canadian Ringette Championships or, for All-star teams, at the Canadian Ringette Championships.

The ringette season begins in September with a month of tiering games, followed by a regular season of about 16 weeks, excluding a 2-week break over Christmas and New Year. A host of in-town and out-of-town tournaments are available to supplement league play.
